Spatiotemporal Clustering using SPARR

This workshop provides hands-on experience for spatiotemporal clustering using the SPARR R-package. SPARR implements the Spatial Relative Risk Function, introduced to us last semester by SUDS Speaker Dr. Tilman Davies (University of Otago, NZ) during Geography Awareness Week and GIS Day.
